Team Effort
Ok, looks like 100% of thePhorse team is in on the shooter game!
If Ive not mentioned it before its an entry to the shmup-dev.com dragon shooter compo. We're doing a side scrolling shootem up, just so we get a bit of coverage basically. I'm not aiming to win, just to complete a group project with the guys so we dont get too rusty ^_^
So far its looking pretty good. Mark has done some trees and clouds and Jon is working on the main character sprites. The engine works pretty well, ive managed to make things look a little better, but Bmax is still playing up on the vsync issue.
Ice blast had a bit of work done to it the other day. It now goes from the level select to the actual game (woot) so now im working on the intro level (1) where it tells you how to play (not too much help, but enough to get you started).
